Shelley Hutchinson
Shelley is a highly experienced facilitator, accredited counsellor and columnist with over ten years experience of working with individuals, groups and organisations. In her counselling work, Shelley specialises in anxiety, trauma, relationship & sexuality issues as well as fertility and chronic health issues. Shelley’s journey as a Psychosynthesis Counsellor began in 2003, when she studied at the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust, in London. She continues to be deeply inspired by this therapeutic approach and its compassionate view of human nature. Committed to her personal development and continued learning, Shelley has studied a wide range of other therapeutic approaches including; CBT, Gestalt, Biodynamic Psychotherapy, Constellation Work and Movement Meditation, along with energy work. What sets Shelley apart from other therapists is her embodied ability to work holistically with an individual’s mind, feelings, body and spirit. She works with adults, teens, couples and families in person in Kilbrittain, West Cork and online over skype.
